openly smoking weed can still get you in trouble......that isn't exactly legal.
eta....surprised they don't make gameday exceptions, make an area acceptable for drinking.

1) 1000 LSU fans vs. the LAPD. Ehh...My money's on the cops. They have a long history of going medieval on some rather large angry, armed crowds.
2) If you have the medical marijuana card, you can pretty much smoke in the lobby of the police station. Just make sure there's no tobacco in it, cuz that'll get you 10 to 20.

I don't know all the laws but I think you still have to be in acceptable areas like your home, marijuana club and such. I know people do it but I don't think it is legal to openly smoke. As a smoker I myself don't think you should be able to openly smoke. Kids don't need to see that.
eta...found it, it is possible to smoke in public.
