At least he didn't go to an SEC school. I'm sure he'll keep in contact with E and O going further.

Now I understand why Brennan wasn’t wearing the headset early on this year. Brady was treating this as a stepping stone since day 1. He knew what he had in Burrow and he knows what he doesn’t have in Brennan

How dumb are you?

It’s not completely uncommon for coaches to jump ship late or leave new jobs for another opening.
true. Traditionally this is that time of year where there is a lot of coaching movement.

The assumption that an OC has to be unemployed to be available is a bad one. This is the time of year where coaches upgrade.

Then why sign the F'ing extension? Clown

Because it wasn’t guaranteed that he would be offered the job in Carolina.

Just hope this don't turn into Saban 2.0...goes to NFL does not make it and comes back to College ball at a rival SEC team

They need to keep the same plays intact and not have some new guy come in and have to lift his leg all over the scheme.

Hate to see him leave, but wish him the best. He’s not taking the playbook with him, right?

Agreed. I’m fricking sick and tired of great coaches lying to fans about staying. What the frick happened to “I’m going to be a Tiger next year” and “absolutely” I plan on being at LSU next year? He’s great and has a hell of a future ahead of him so I understand the move but as a fan that he outright lied to, this pisses me off.

Also, WTF kind of job did Woodward do with negotiating this contract between him and O? Could we not open the fricking bank for the man? frick this stings.

I prefer someone that can work with the receivers as well as Brady did.

Most fans are so delusional.

If you were in your current role at your job for only 1 year and someone came along offering you significantly more money, you would turn it down because of company loyalty? Sure.

He was born in Florida and played at William and Mary. To act like he owes us anything is ridiculous.

He was part of an amazing team this year and we'll be forever thankful for that. Best of luck in his future endeavors.

Bc they didn’t want the team to be distracted. That’s why the leaked the MOA to Dellenger.

Also this is a huge deal if we don’t find a replacement. The “he’s not taking the playbook with him” crowd is vastly underestimating his role, and overinflating Ensminger’s role as the “primary playcaller.”
