I've always been under the impression those types of injuries are unpredictable. I have a friend who was in a climbing accident and broke hers. They treated her, told her there wasn't much they could do, etc., etc. Hers became a degenerative condition and she ended up having to have 2 surgeries on them a year or two later. I don't know which ones she broke though.
Regardless of whether or not other people thought it was a big deal, she definitely did.

I guarontee a CT was done, showing the fractures with 100% sensitivity, also showing that they are stable, hence allowing him to be discharged. Regardless, it is a broken bone (and a dangerous one nonetheless) thus making this a felony case.

I did say I went to the Dr the following day.
I was 16 and My parrents drug me. I hate Drs and Hospitals.
Im full of shite a lot, just not on this issue. Alot of people thought I was Dumb Becasue I went back and did it again

I know this case is magnified just a bit, but investigating felonies is something that is done 7 days a week and for things far smaller then " a dumb bar fight" as some people like to call it
