The receivers gave up about game three, when no balls were being completed, and Cortez Hankton may be the most overrated receivers coach in the history of college football.

There will be a massive purge in that group, when Lane gets in. As Nick Saban once said, “You can shake a tree in Louisiana and a skill player falls out!”

Nuss doesn't go from throwing for over 4k yards last season to completely shitting the bed in one season.

Line play was much better and his TE Mason Taylor was a stud. Bauer wasn't that this year either.

Line play looked like a middle school team just standing straight up at the snap.

Davis should have been fired publicly at mid-field last night and LSU should clawback his salary from the last three years.

The guy who has the least amount of coaching from Frank looks best? Odd isnt it?

Multiple times on the broad cast they showed open players that MVB decided not to throw to. I don’t think Atkins is an issue.

Atkins was not any type of offensive coordinator at Florida State; Norvell was. Cortez Hankton is not any type of offensive coordinator here. You can like BK or not, but he has been saddled with a bunch of morons that are coaching? on the offensive side of the ball.

LSU’s 2023 offensive line was one of three finalists for the Joe Moore Award, which is presented to the top offensive line in college football.

You have to take into account the Jayden Daniels effect in 2023. A dynamic or mobile QB (Burrow2019) make offensive lines look way better than they actually are. Also, Denbrocks scheme covered up Davis’ poor coaching.

Now was Campbell a stud, absolutely, but you could also see that he under achieved too, especially last year. Are there other players on this team still with great potential, more than likely. Gotta get Davis away from them to see.

immobile QB for most of the season.

Pleas explain how the "Immobile QB" passed for over 4000 yds the previous season. Only four QBs in the history of the SEC was that successful.
Was it injuries, Offensive line, Receivers, or a combination of all.

How the" Immobile QB\" in the SEC Championship Game, had the best passing rating of the year vs the best defense, Georgia, who won the National Championship.

Not sure I'd let him coach any position group, but move or have him strictly recruiting.

Off-field coaches still cannot recruit off-campus. Part of Frank’s value is him visiting with all of the HS coaches around the state and maintaining those ties.

RB Coach is the least tactical position on the field and the new head coach and OC don’t have to let him control RB rotations in-game.

That is just a dumb take.

Last year we had 2 FIRST ROUNDERS and 2 more NFL picks on the line . THEY COULD NOT RUN BLOCK!!! Now we are finding out how soft the OL's practices have been over the years.

In all four years of Brad Davis, no running game. Funny how those NFL picks couldn't run block last year but suddenly when they get into the NFL and go through a proper training camp, they can now run block. It's almost as if they finally got some real coaching.

You're totally full of shite and most likely drunk & high. OL Coach and OL Personnel are hot garbage trash. SWAC level bad, not LSU/SEC caliber.

Wrong. It’s a near statistically impossible for that many high 4 and 5 stars on one OL to all be busts. The work has been done to show the success rate of guys with those composite recruiting rankings to the draft. 1 maybe 2 guys- that’s possible. One of those is probably Chester. Some of you will say Davis, but I just see a guy who has absolutely no idea how to play that position thrown on the field in the SEC. A better coach could maybe make him into something. But when it’s this many guys not showing progress on the same team, coaching is OBVIOUSLY the issue.

Just go back and look at the offers these guys had. All of the usual SEC subjects were after Davis, Curne, Thomas and Echols. A&M was pushing for Echols up until signing day. Do you really think they are wasting their time chasing “SWAC level player” as you say? Look at their fricking OL right now. It’s the best in the SEC because they are developing their players. Davis hasn’t.

There’s only one guy on this OL that’s shown any progression in his time under Davis and that’s Tyree Adams. He was a solid SEC Tackle (probably better on the Right ideally) and graded out as such on PFF. But kind of like from 22-23 with Campbell, Jones and Dellinger, you have to think it’s the player naturally progressing rather than coaching when there are that few over multiple years.

A better OL developer could do something with the guys listed above and some of the younger kids on the bench.

There is no question that there is potential talent in the offensive lineman room man. You’re exactly right. It’s lack of development/coaching that is evident in the on the field production.
