Maybe if UF would’ve all gotten it already too we’d be playing this Saturday. But nooooooo Coach O is just a stupid shrimp boat captain from the bayou. It’s comical when the media acts like babies over a 99% recovery rate disease.

Covid is a real thing, maybe not to all but to the people that get it and have the serious complications then it is real.

No, I am saying that having already gotten the virus isn’t a death sentence as the media makes it out to be being that they all had it 2-3 months ago and are fine. Maybe the only thing the virus hurt was their defense lol

Well your OP reads as if Florida is stupid for not getting their team infected earlier which is an asinine take.
And I don't know why you mouth breathers focus so much on the death rate. Even if it was the common flu, having 21 players get it at once would be an issue and the game would get postponed.

Don't feed into their nonsense. Death rate doesn't matter. If there is an outbreak of ANY illness on a team it would cause issues and the game would be postponed.

There's an article in Lafayette's TheCurrrent (www.thecurrentla.com) about an M.D. that had what looks to be a pretty severe bout with Covid.
Covid doesn't act the same way with everyone. I had fever and a headache and none of the other symptoms that have been reported.
It is good that the game is postponed. Hope we have a D by then.

It's 99.8% on the recovery rate. Over age 70 (all the way up to 108, the oldest documented covid case) it's 95.4%. Bobby fLucking Bowden is doing cartwheels and handstands 10 days after diagnosis. 80+ year old Jack Nicklaus and his wife had the covid sniffles for a couple days. Oh, and by the way, those rates are based off of the shaky numbers provided. Plenty of people have had this with little or no symptoms, gone undiagnosed which raises the ACTUAL recovery rate even higher. And this isn't accounting for the overinflated death rates which have been documented. I bet the actual recovery rate is 99.999999%.
Yes the virus is real and has killed people. But the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY recover from this, and the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of those recoveries have minor or no symptoms. We shouldn't be shutting down, postponing, or canceling ANYTHING over this media, politically driven bs.
