I sure hope not and I know it's early in the season but this was our downfall last year. I just hope we improved over the off season.

Our problem has been a third starter. Relievers get shite because PM doesn't know how to handle them. We've had some amazing relievers over the years.

Stallings wasn't the only struggling relief pitcher last season

You sound like you have absolutely no idea what the hell you are talking about. Big surprise on this website.

He's only one pitcher. It's hard to say we've really upgraded the bullpen. It very well may be a weakness for us.

I agree with that, I wish CPM would let Dunn take over the pitching decisions because like base running...he has shitty judgement

You can't really name one person in the bullpen who doesn't make you nervous when they come in. Not saying they all suck but they all can be inconsistent. And that makes for a shaky bullpen.

Yes he did, and he looked as good as last year.

Newman. Always feel good when he's in.

Someone doesn't know what the hell they are talking about and it sure as hell isn't the OP.

just horrible

the hoover guy was actually very legit, he made a mistake throwing a strike with an 0-2 count though

Paper thin other than Newman though. Bullpen is really concerning this year. I don't care about losing a pointless game while trying to give people a chance to pitch, but I don't know if we have anyone to step up.

I felt good about Gilbert until he threw an 0-2 pitch in the zone. Thats a little league mistake.
