This game is on Mulkey. You can’t let Reese have the ball letting the time run out when you’re losing.

If she were half as great as she thinks she is, we might have something.

Will you say that when that particular sequence benefits the team in postseason. Teachable and learning point for players and Mulkey saw Reese is limited in handling that situation!

Why is Reese getting flack? She had 24 and 10. HVL should get the blame. 3 points and 3 turnovers for the game is horrible.

A lack of a point guard lost this one

I know right she was only the MVP of the National Championship game.

Come on people. Sometimes the other team is just having a night. We will be back on top soon.

Reese wasn't the issue or why LSU lost, the guards were.

But the issue with the Reese play, is we dribble off 10 seconds off the shot clock before attempting to go. Poa is sitting underneath the goal out of position which allowed the other defender to come strip Reese.

Of course missing 12 layups and 9 free throws was a big issue as well, make a quarter of those you likely walk away with a W.

Yea, bad decision by Mulkey, but you can't blame Angel for it. Ever since she came back, she's in shape and playing on the level she's known for, she's just limited in talent. That shot just may never be right, though it has been better this year.

Mulkey should have decided the moment Poole left, who was going to be her 3rd PG, KNOWING that Velez wasn't going to be in the rotation come SEC play. She's still got time but they need to prepping Mikaylah and Flaujae to run some proper point, because that is where this team can still do damage, ESPECIALLY if its Flaujae! Her ability to penetrate, with kick to Mikaylah and HVL could be the punch this team needs on the offense end. Sadly, it won't fix that HVL is a defensive liability.

Reese is the reason they were even in the game, but the entire team was off.

I believe the lack of a bench is causing players to be more tired late in games. Angel got beat defensively on a couple of plays where I don't think she normally would have gotten beaten. I really regret Sa'Myah Smith got injured.

I don't want to blame HVL, because she is playing out of position. I regret LSU doesn't have someone better to play PG. Still hoping HVL can come around at the position or they can go to Williams there.

KM said on T-Bob's show that Auburn was dominating their guards, Angel asked for the ball and she let Angel try in prove why she's an All American but Angel got stripped. She didn't sound pissed more of teaching moment. I think she wants them pissed off and angry when Staley and the Cocks some to town next week.
