CLK has made a significant offensive impact in year 1 every place he’s been. LSU will be no different especially given the fact that last season was rough offensively for us.

AI predicts a simple stat line for LSU’s 2026 offense under Kiffin’s Year 1:

~32–35 points per game
~400+ total yards per game
~250–300 passing, ~120–160 rushing
~5.5–6.0 yards per play

That’s not pie-in-the-sky — it’s simply taking his historical Year-1 offensive jumps and applying them to a very low 2025 baseline. With talented transfers and Kiffin’s aggressive scheming, LSU’s Year 1 offense should be noticeably better — fast — even if it isn’t yet national-championship-level.

Mascona showed the Offensive numbers for Kiffen's first year at each of his coaching positions and all were drastically higher than the previous year.

I’ll say this.

Just the fact that BK, sloan and Davis are gone immediately improved the offense. Even regardless of personnel.

Not saying we make the playoffs year 1, but we will have at the absolute worst, a top third SEC offense.

8-10 wins leaning toward the 10.

I expect a few ugly games early because of so many new players but by game 4 and 5 expect to see improvement every week. Expect to be competitive when the meat of the SEC schedule hits. Worried about ole miss and A&M early in the season though.
