There are some morons here and there but not enough to spark a "qb controversy" over a performance against SELU.

The reason Nuss is playing is because he is not actually "hurt." This was an issue at camp. If he was actually that hurt or limited he would have sat out against Tech or he would be sitting this entire week. He is playing because hes not injured.

His deep ball has always been inconsistent but his accuracy on the medium throws has gone off a cliff. A torso injury seems the most reasonable explanation for why he's struggling with throws that have been tight and accurate his entire career.

This is pretty retarded, even for a Thursday topic during SELA week.

OP that is a fair point. I think BK wants to get the offense firing on all cylinders and it’s getting kinda late.

Are you referring to this team? Or any team nationwide?

It’s an opportunity for Nuss to run up his stats.

I believe it’s more CBK wanting the offense to work to get better with the starting QB before Ole Miss.

This seems to be the case. After it clicks and the game is well in hand, he’ll pull him.

My take is that the "injury" is a smokescreen to excuse mediocre performances, and Nuss just needs the reps.

I think CBK is insistent on playing Nuss this weekend because he’s terrified of a qb controversy
