This has to be a pretty big concern given that it's been years since LSU has been able to consistently move the ball through the air.
Brousette, Clyde, Little Fournette, and...?

Is Little Fournette good at all? Haven't heard or seen much of anything on him.

hopefully Curry...Provens can contribute and if we get Joiner and lives up to the hype he could get a bunch of carries as well

Brosette and Helaire will get first look. Obviously havent seen what either are really capable of, but a full off season of first string carries can do wonders if you hav talent, and I think they do.
Curry will have a shot as well...

Would Lanard had been offered a scholarship if there was no Leonard is the real question?

Canada doesn't need a Derrius Guice.

Im excited that we will have to throw more since we won't have a workhorse.

Trust. The. Process.

NB has a good YPC avg in limited time....haven't seen Clyde enough to have an opinion. I think we all know the answer to the Lanard question posed earlier; however LSU(and many others) didn't offer multiple players that ended up doing well and even making the league. Also RB is the easiest position to perform well as a freshman.

As it stands now its a little concerning. That said, I'm holding out we reel in a big fish recruit who can step right in and play at a high level, at the very least contribute substantially. Clyde and Nick might be stronger than anyone thinks, small sample size so far.

Lowell will be our main running threat from the QB position

We'll be fine. They won a national championship with Jacob Hester at RB. Don't get me wrong, I love Hester, but he wasn't a super talented game breaker

Keiland, Scott, and Dick Murphy >> CEH and Brossette.

And Trindon.

I've seen several people mention Narcisse in this thread, and it's really not relevant at all.

It doesn't matter if the QB is Cam Newton, Canada's scheme requires a competent tailback to run inside when the jet sweeps clear out the box. The schemes he runs rely on various defenders having to account for different offensive positions.
If the tailback drops off a lot, then it's just like running the jet sweep with a guy that can not get outside. The defense will pay less attention to that angle, and focus on the relevant threat.

We need to be able to make good yardage off tackle against 5-6 in the box. If we can't do that, the defenses can take away QB keepers and jet sweeps without giving up the interior.

From what I hear, it looks like Harold Joiner will be the bell-cow running back. Everything seems to point to his coming here. Fingers crossed.

LSU's star RB for next year is still in high school. We are fine at RB.

We need to focus on improving the OL through recruiting and convince the current underclassmen to come back for 1 more year.

Curry and Provens already committed and hopefully Joiner. And 2019 will be a huge haul if Cain comes
