WADE initiated the problem REGARDLESS of whether we agree with Alleva's actions or not.
That's last year's news. They obviously thought the returning guards could handle it. They can't. KBW's loss was never accounted for, and it's hurt bad.

Still no excuse for the worst and laziest defense I've seen in college basketball.
Defense is an attitude, a commitment. You don't have to be a great athlete to play good defense. Perhaps Wade needs to hire a defensive minded assistant.
The lethargic unmotivated mindset of the team on defense is a coaching issue, plain and simple. If your players refuse to play defense, make them sit on the bench for a while. There seems to be no consequences resulting from not playing defense.

Where is the recruiting scandal? LSU has received no LOI from the NCAA and is not under investigation. Yahoo and ESPN do not determine who is under investigation.

After three years, Brady had a net and two tournament wins.
After almost three years, Wade has no nets and no tournament wins.
It’s only right to question whether Wade is worth the drama. We’ve gotten better results than this on the cheap in the past.
Maybe I got spoiled by Brady and am unrealistic to expect LSU basketball to return to the level at which it was during the Brady years.
God, it feels good to say that.

We got to a Final Four clean. We don’t need to fawn over somebody who disappears because his lawyer won’t let him come out to play.
