Like I said thy don't go to lsu for maineri. They go to play for lsu. Most of the out of state kids are pitchers or start right away

Mainieri is the reason LSU is a big destination right now for recruits. That wasn't the case during Smoke's tenure so don't say LSU just recruits itself.
