I failed to look at what? He ha a track record of hiring and promoting from within since he has been at LSU. How is this even an argument. He took staff from ND and promoted from within and hired Grewe who he has worked with before. How is this even an argument? It's a fricking fact.
Also, Watkins argument was made at the beginning of SEC play this year and I can still hear you and Lester Earl clamoring about how fricking great he is.

You disagree with my opinion fine but you need to hitch to a wagon that has wheels. So far, the only argument is he is gonna or has at Notre Dame. He hires a big time name that he's never worked with, fine. I'll admit I was wrong but that's not the pattern, even back to ND. Maybe he feels some heat and finally do it.

I had baseball tickets for years, even sold some to your man Josh. Let them go thoug this year. I know a bit but I rarely argue baseball on here. The only two occasions this season were Watkins and whether LSU deserved or would get a regional. Stupid shite I suppose.

What the frick are you talking about? I've never doubted his ability as a coach. Of course there have been controversial decisions but I don't come around bashing the coach performance.

The thread was about whether they deserved or if they would get a regional bid. I said they didn't deserve it. I thought they'd still get one though. Deserve it? No.

OBP is important but the guy couldn't get a hit to save his life. Much less need to be in the lineup, as he was early in the season for clutch situations.
