While a monumentally dumb play, the way FL was moving in the second half I really don't think 15 yards would have changed anything. Maybe because it would have been 3rd and long, but they were converting almost everything at that point

True, but that call is never flagged in the SEC with as little as he did. Compare UF antics after tackle last year, which were not flagged til they threw the shoe..

No, Raydar is an idiot. You don’t do stupid shite like that unless you’re more focused on yourself than the team, He’s a moron,

It absolutely does. If he was on top of the WR and stood up and stepped over him, fine, but he stood, took a couple steps so he could straddle him and stood there.

It was stupid and when Corey lit him up he should have shut up and just said, yes sir.

Corey didn’t light him up. He let him stand there and argue as if his actions were justified. He should have run his arse back to the bench.

Actually they hadn’t really moved the ball at all in the 2nd half at that point. Their second half offense started after that play

McGlothern did almost the same thing earlier but got saved by the interception. The only difference was that Jones was standing directly over the receiver.

He was beat slightly in coverage and didn't even make a play on the ball...It was poorly thrown n he fell on the wr trying to make up ground and felt the need to stand over him fo reasons I'll never understand.

They gave you 3 down votes but I agree, me first attitude. He stood there for three or four secs. If he doesn’t worry about out shining the wide receiver, it’s 4th down and we get ball back; Florida doesn’t score on that drive.
