But since it is possible that you are LSU "educated" (maybe even one of the 40% of LSU student athletes who actually graduated), you might need a little help with web-searching:

There you go bringing up old shite. We will win NEXT time. You can take THAT to the bank.

BTW, we are beating the shite out of LSU in making sure that our student-athletes graduate with a solid education.

LaTech 71%
LoSer-U 48%
U-La-Mo 41%

I would say LaTech is winning where it counts.

LSU athletics > La Tech
LSU campus < La Tech
LSU party scene > La Tech
LSU co-eds < La Tech

Fixed it for you. I can only assume that you have not been to Louisiana Tech.

-LSU is a tier above tech in academics.
-LSU's campus was ranked the 11th nicest in the country by Thomas Gaines ( no shite hole Tech on the list)
- LSU was ranked in the top 10 best looking co-eds in the country ( Tech was also not).

and if you really want me to provide links to back this up, I will.

For a "flagship" school LSU should be a little more concerned about the academic performance of its STUDENT athletes. The 50+% of your student athletes not getting a degree are not all going into professional sports - not by a LONG WAY. It is an absolute embarassment to the state and the institution. LSU might be bigger and there are certainly advantages associated with that, but LaTech will ALWAYS be the state's best return on investment. Louisiana would be much better off (perhaps even moving out of the bottom 3 states in the nation in almost every category) if the legislators would come to this most obvious realization.

LSU > better than Tech at pretty much everything....and it kills you.

and BTW, a lot of big time programs have low graduation rates for athletes. I'll take low graduation rates for athletes if we keep winning national championships,...... and deep down, you know you would too.

I have to be completely honest here. Tech's campus is not as nice as LSU's campus.

However, the academics are better and the co-eds are better.

As much as USA today's college rankings hate LSU, we're still ranked ahead of Tech, by a whole tier....not to mention we have more nationally ranked programs.

and best looking student bodies-

LSU = top 10, where's Tech?

Re: your top ten list. How many "small" schools do you see on that list? Of course, a larger school will do better than a smaller school if you are judging by quantity or if number of votes counts. I am talking about concentration - a ratio between hot chicks to sausages. At LaTech you get one or two of hot chicks for yourself. At LSU you have share ONE with three other dudes. If you are into that type of gang-banging, by all means, go to LSU.

I am going to guess that you are currently a student. One day, when you mature, I believe you will change your mind. Until then, you will just be another fanboi.

Enough said. Your "best team" tied a middle road ACC team an hour away from its campus.

Tech's '97 team beat one of the worst Alabama teams of modern history...the same team we drummed 27-0 at their place.

yes, I am a student, and I will always take national championships over graduation rates, as long as our program doesnt get too "thuggy".

I am guessing this is a flame, so I don't even know if I should bother, but...

Who do you think foots the bill for your trips out to Fresno, Honolulu, Boise, and San Jose? Your great friends of the state legislature do.

The most "obvious realization" needs to be made on your part. Tech doesn't want to be grouped with ULM and Northwestern, yet they feel they belong in the class of Fresno and Boise and the like...the same programs that want nothing to do with Tech. The realization should be that for pride to be restored to college football in nrth LA, Tech needs to swallow its pride and start playing ULM every year; play NWSU and McNeese every year; join a conference with these programs. Attendence will double and triple. What's difficult about that concept?

I can't believe what I am hearing . Arrogance among Louisiana schools all suck. LSU hasn't always had the depth to be among the best. This decade things have realy changed. None of the other schools in the state have had the advantages of LSU; if they did they would have done better in division 1A; Tulane should have, but hasn't (except for Bowden/King). The danger in hating, is , you become what you hate.

The somewhat recent Tech teams that would have had a real shot are 90, 91, 97, 99, 01...we most likely would have been favorites in those games. Maybe 92, 98 and 02 in the mix....92 because of the defense, 98 because of the O.
