Since this is all full of hypotheticals if the lsu-bama game was played yesterday in the SEC championship and not on nov 5th and the result was the same would bama deserve another shot just because people think they are the 2nd best team

Most likely. Which loss is worse? Iowa State (Ok State) or LSU (Alabama)? That's the toughest part of the argument from a logical standpoint.

I don't understand why we need to ask ourselves that? What difference does our opinion make?

Comparing losses instead of wins is stupid. oSu has played more ranked teams. They lost the day they found out about a tragic plane crash that affected the whole school.

let me not answer your question by asking you a question. If Bama lost to LSU for the first time yesterday and Okie state lost to a 6-6 Iowa state team yesterday; then who would you think is more deserving to play us?

LSU and Alabama couldn't play in the SEC championship....they are in the same division.

I've never seen a team and fanbase fap to a loss as much and hard as I've seen Bama this year.

And you know it's killing them that their strongest argument to get into the game is a LOSS to LSU and Les Miles.

This solid type of logic 101 is not taught in the Babalama school system....

I didn't realize there was a such thing as a "good" loss. This loss logic is so backwards and so fricking annoying!

..should be who you beat primarily, not which game you lost...if teams have one loss each , "tie breaker" emphasis should be number of quality VICTORIES ....

Ok state has better wins while bama has a better loss but did lose at home while they were favored to win even though they were ranked number 2 at the time. Objectively looking at it, just seems as though ok state has the slightly better resume
