Question fellow season ticket holders

When I long into my ticket account and look at history I see nothing for 2026. I reordered tics in Feb. Is this normal? Seems like it should at least show a pending request.

Interesting now that you say that. No, it doesn’t show up on my end, or even under the “order history”. But I know the payments are processing, so it’s gone through for me at least.

However, I I think when I make my last payment, August 1, that my tickets should be in my account on 2 August…. I shouldn’t have to wait two weeks before the tickets show up in my account. I already paid for them earlier in the month….. that’s just LSU being stupid

I had the same concern; so I called the ticket office just to confirm my renewal had been processed.

They should change it so we can see our order for the upcoming season.

Not very efficient on the ticket offices part. Request for away games don’t show up either.

I ordered away game tickets. They said you would know something by June 10 whether or not you got tickets.…. Now it’s 10 days later the 20th and they are saying they don’t know when they’ll be able to tell you if you got away game tickets or not….. This is pathetic way to do business…. And they wonder why people are frustrated and are giving up this season tickets.

In my experience, the ticket office is never accurate on the dates that they give on notifications or ticket releases. They are to the minute on charging my credit card though.

I have spoken with them about this some time back. They blamed it on system upgrades and said it would eventually get fixed. I hate it, it feels like a way to screw over people.
