Went to the game Saturday for the first time in a while and noticed something I never have before...

In the grand stand area at the top of the seats, there are little bar stool type seating areas. Are those free for all with standing room only tickets or do you have to reserve them?

Don't ask why it took me until now to notice this, but it did.

TIA

I think those may be the loge seats, but I could be wrong. Also, you may be asking about another location, as these look like they are field level.

Here is information from LSU that applies to the loge table top seats (with a link: New Seating Options at LSU Baseball Games:

Loge Boxes are back for the 2023 season. Loge Boxes range from $300 for non-conference weekend games to $500 for SEC games to $600 for Games 2 and 3 of the Tennessee series.

Loge Boxes include four reserved table top tickets and a parking pass along with the option to purchase food from a catered menu (weekend games only).

Went sat there Sunday in the 9th inning to watch last inning and the marshall from Landmark jumped my shite. If you dont have a ticket you cannot sit there. Must be some magical seats!

The loge seats you're referring too are Tiger Stadium, not Alex Box

They added the loge tables a few years ago to The Box

frick them greedy MFers for that shite. If you haven't also noticed there are no more picnic tables for us poors to sit and eat concessions or even rest our back/knee while standing under the concourse for a game.

And here's the kicker to the nuts. In case y'all didn't know, after the 4th inning all seats are fair game to sit in(except champions club obviously). So you can sit in any gold seats or right over our dugout if you find an open seat. But NOOOOO! Those loge seats are off-limits the entire game.
Dumb.

After looking at the loge link, I still don’t think they are the ones I’m referring to. These were literally just a barstool under a ledge. Nothing really premium about them.

However I did think they were pretty cool (obviously based on thread). FWIW my son and I were sitting on the top row of Sec. 218

$500 for Costco patio furniture and 4 folding chairs? Good lord that’s steep.
