Other stats to include. QB rushing yards. Sack given up.
Also I think playcalling comes into play here. I thought early play calling with brennan was poor. Minimal run game. No quick passes. Brennan improved but early on he took sacks (lacked quick decision and poor play calling)
With TJ they said hey let’s help the rook out. Run the balll. Throw short. Hence higher % for TJ. And I think you will see we ran better. Made quick decisions in his first start. Massive arm
Max also benefiting from better play calling tailored to his skills. Moved well in the pocket. Good arm. But more importantly made good decisions. Big road game top 5 team.
Hope we can keep them all. Can’t recall having this many good options at QB.

Also other factors to consider include supporting cast, performance of surrounding players, etc.,
Yeah Johnson played without Marshall and Gilbert and the backs were banged up in the second half.
Also had some rushing yards that were very valuable even if the numbers were nothing to scream about.

Which is when at least 2 critical drops happened.

Brandon Harris accounted for 5 total touchdowns and completed 79 percent of his passes in his first start..
I thought his first start was the best down against Auburn?

Were you the same guy going on and on and racism this, racism that, in the thread that had to be deleted yesterday?
I think that was you.
You have a clear agenda.
Yeah that’s him... everything is about racism with him. He’s pathetic.

Threads like this with some idiot a-hole accusing large numbers of posters he’s never met of being racist should be whacked immediately. I don’t know how you allow non credible, mass race smears to become commonplace on a sports board when nobody knows what race the next person even is? The other jackass who’s just as bad as this guy JRO something calls everyone racist while using the N word in almost every post. These people should be banned.

I see your point, and there are certainly some ways in which each QB is better than one or both of the others, but I don't think first start is the best basis of comparison, especially when you consider which team each man actually started against. For example:
Finley vs. USC:
USC's defense is not even top-100
USC not ranked at all
It was a home game
It wasn't in the fog
Johnson vs. Florida
Florida's D is in the top 50
Florida was #9
It was at the Swamp
It was foggy as all hell
They'll just have to battle it out, of course. Anyway, we'll know more after the Ole Piss game. All of this will be moot, though, because Brennan will almost certainly start next season.

We shall see. That has not been determined.
Agreed and I think all 3 are good players.
I dont care about race, creed or religion.
Johnson to me seems to have better pocket presence and moxie.
But I just want the Tigers to win whoever QB1

Yes I probably am that guy. And I do have an agenda. And it is anti-racism. And that agenda only angers racists. So be it. And I have support for ALL of the LSU players, white or black.
This says you came looking for a fight ,what is it that you dont like our other qbs. There all playing this year .

This is stupid. SC defense is dogshit and this is like comparing apples to oranges. Every defense is different and therefore this is pointless. When Finley picks up the offense better and can read defenses better, he’ll be ready. There’s a reason they ran a ton of hooks and outs with Finley at QB, he’s not that accurate and he can’t read defenses.
