This may be a hot take but I’ve loved the consistent tight zone this weekend. I hope it’s not just this crew and an emphasis this year to have a tighter zone. Makes for better baseball.

Do ya’ll realize that this is the first time in the JJ era, that we’ve had 3 starting pitchers go 5 full innings with really no issues whatsoever?
Having a strong arse starting pitching staff helps the bullpen greatly. I realize we are playing a nobody,,but we’ve played a bunch of nobodies in other seasons too, only to have starting pitching cave after one or two innings during at least one game over the weekend.

Honestly, I don't care if it's a tight zone or a little wider zone, just be freaking consistent - for both teams, the whole game.
