Miles made a comment today that he was considering doing this. If this happens I will lose what little respect for him that I have left.

I don't know if you are kidding or not but if he were to do that he would remove all doubt that he was a complete idiot in my opinion.
I like Miles but surely he is not considering such a move. If LSU was in the hunt for the West and a shot at the SEC CG I would say, "do what you have to do under the circumstances" but to burn a redshirt on the last game of the year for nothing would be beyond stupid in my opinion and I don't think Coach Miles will do it.

Sadly, I am not. I heard this on Buddy's show today when he was interviewing Mike S. Mike said Miles made the comment today.
I agree with you totally, this would be a dumb move. Nearly as dumb as pulling Dominique Allen's redshirt for the Auburn game and never using him again after that.
Arkansas' run defense is atrocious - if you can't beat them with Ridley, Shepard and Holiday you got more problems than Michael Ford can solve.
