Laughable. Most LSU fans would take that team over any other in LSU history.

I love cracker jack box theories.

10-3
8-5
13-1
9-3

you do remember the Saban years, right? You dont have a selective memory, do you? you havent revised history, i hope.

Saban did not win the way YOU people remember.

i think most Tiger fans just like the screaming and the emotional antics on the sidelines. It DIDNT translate into more wins, though.

instead it's headhunting and witch-hunting, all signs that there is some standard that dominates the Tiger psyche.

I have already said I like coach Miles, but the "witch-hunts" are brought on by his consistent bad decision making. Last year, it was his choice of keeping two defensive coordinators among many other things. This year it's the play calling and clock management.

There really is no excuse for taking top 10 talent every year and turning them into mediocre teams at best.

Or maybe the negatiger wants a coach that doesn't have to ask a Mississippi State Trooper how many time outs he had left as he's walking off the field at the end of a game.

Maybe the negatiger desires competence while the positiger is content with incompetence. The argument that it stems from Louisiana is truly a positiger phenomena. They have been told to accept incompetence for so long that they now happily embrace it, while anyone who points out and is unhappy with the incompetence is derided and labeled a negatiger.

It's pretty clear who has the inferiority complex and major psychological issues.

but, i thought Miles was only able to win because of talent? what the hell is going on now???? is it that the talent isnt good enough to win despite Miles' coaching?

so is it a talent issue or a coaching issue, now?

You show a desire to keep track of every little mistake that Miles makes. Where does that desire come from?

I don't think it IS a desire. It's just that his mistakes are so memorable. How do you forget something like the Ole Piss game? Or last year, giving up 50 points in 2 different games. But the most consistent thing that I notice every season with Miles' Tigers is that they never seemed to be fully prepared for a game. Always with the slow starts and the early turnovers. I just prefer the dictator-like Nick Saban over the laid back, fun guy Miles seems to be. I don't think you can keep a team focused like that.

You don't correct mistakes by telling them "it's ok, just do better next time"

I believe I clearly stated that it is a COACHING problem. A recruit is what he is when he comes out of HS. Even a 5 star recruit has to be developed or a 2 or 1 star recruit can easily be more successful.

That was my favorite thing about Saban. He could certainly recruit, but after he gets hold of them, he brings out their potential. Turning them into Rolando McClains and Mount Codys.

No, but you haven't been following the Tigers like I have if you get a different impression. I mean, how long did it take RP to get kicked off the team?

You would think something in Les' brain might have clicked when RP said he would win 4 Heismans and 4 NC. That is where he should have nipped it in the bud.

Instead, Les failed to get it through that thuggish skull of Ryan's and had to kick him off the team.

Granted some kids have to learn the hard way. Admittedly maybe there was nothing Miles could do. But he knew the risks when he recruited RP, yet still didn't sign a QB the next class. He wasn't prepared even though he saw the warning signs.

Actually, yes, I have a huge man-crush on him. But my going to see "the blind side" for the 5th time today has nothing to do with me being a "negatiger."

I think it's a matter of forgivability. I'm willing to forgive mistakes. Look we're 9-3 poised to go 10-3. I'm hopeful.

I struggle to see where the incompetence is, when, again, Miles has consistently brought in winning records . . . excellent records.

Here's the other thing, there's no such thing as a positiger. As if there were an opposite to a negatiger. A negatiger relentlessly attacks the faults of his own team. A positiger would then, what, not attack the faults of his team . . . so that makes him a fan. Ok.

The fan is normal . . . negatiger is deviation from the norm. It's important to know what kind of deviation and why the deviation in the first place.

Actually, yes, I agree that you are not a negatiger. You're a Tide fan.

Can you name any big mistakes with Alabama's game? Does your heart soar when looking at the replays of Cody's FG block? You might be a Tide fan.

It's ok, it doesn't mean you're not human . . . it just means you're different.
