Wow wouldn't that be awesome. Game tied late in the 4th quarter. Mett hits shep in the flat, Shep jukes a defender who falls to his knees. Shep sprints down the sideline before having to juke another guy and breaks towards the center of the field. Weaves his way through traffic and scores the winning touchdown! How epic would that be!

As good of a game as he had, that was still a bad drop he had. Seems to drop a ball every game

He caught some nice passes but came right back and dropped a couple of easy ones. He had a good.. not great performance. Consistency is his problem.

Spot on, Boat! He dropped a ball right in his hands. He caught three. Dropping 25% of the balls in your hands is NOT great. His running yards were nice, but any fast guy gets those. Question: if James Wright had those plays instead of Shep, what would have been the results? I'd say four receptions instead of three.

maybe you guys haven't noticed but all pro wrs drop passes. shep hasn't been used correctly because staff doesn't know how to use him and combine that with jj and jl throwing the ball at your feet. no denying shep has lots of talent, no denying mett can get him the ball, now its on the staff to figure out the rest.

Larry, sure all receivers drop balls, but Shep drops a lot. This is a guy who's notorious for drops, and he comes out and drops 1 out of 4. Pro receivers who consistently do that get cut. I'm not saying he's lousy, just that we have other guys who look better. Stand Shep next to Landry and tell me who you'd pick.
