Another Joe only one that everyone hated was the one that had Faith in CEO and hired him. But he gets zero credit. I’m glad he was moved to another position within LSU, but dang he got hit hard for that hire. But at least he went out with a bang! Love Woodward replacement also!

If he were churning out 5 win seasons the last couple of years, then it'd be ok to dredge up the past and link threads calling out the hire...but since most people were dipshits back then, we can't call them out.

I think a lot of the frustration with the O hire was with Alleva’s process. The entire firing les / keeping les, missing jimbo, then firing les, then going after Herman and missing, and then ultimately hiring O had people fuming. Obviously O worked out, but Alleva really fricked it up to get there.
