I don’t think that put us behind as much as it didn’t just put us ahead as quickly as some other schools who were pushing the envelope. Maybe a good enough reason to replace him, but seems pretty contradictory to your suggestion that he was not an honorable man. Which was absurd. Nobody in history is resigning from their gigs for that reason. And I don’t know you, but from reading your posts, I do know that you DEFINITELY wouldn’t have resigned “out of honor.”

LSU learned the hard way when Saban wanted to come back. We did the right thing (public perception) even though we knew what we throwing away by not rehiring Saban.
I’m ecstatic that we dgaf anymore. We went get WW. We did not wait for him to have the chance to come back. LSU is proactively fricking these fake media, schools, and personalities. LSU now have the coaches to take us where we belong. Frick the world and everything they say! If it were the media darling schools they would be applauded. They’re now scared because they know they’re fricked!

You could have ended the post here.
If Skip would have made that move, then he would be a legend to the entire sporting world as well as an icon in the leadership community.
I know many of you will say that Skip is already a legend in those arenas; however, my opinion is that he would be significantly more of a legend.
The stones it would have taken to make that move is rare. He definitely would have received a lot of negativity for it but he sure as hell would have come out looking like a genius when it was all said and done.
A shame he didn't do it. Dude's legend as an athletic director would be untouchable.
