As it stands, Mustain is the backup to Aaron Corp. He'll have to do a lot of catching up to overtake him by the end of fall camp.

The PAC 10 overall is still pretty lame, but Oregon and Cal are no pushovers, and will need to be reckoned with. We have both of those and ND on the road (who knows if ND will be any good or not?). And if you were wondering, we've got Stanford and Oregon State at home.

ucla is a couple years away from posing a serious threat, but we'll not take them lightly.

Other than that and maybe a good game from ASU, I think we'll be OK in conference. The Washington schools are both terrible. Our OOC games are San Jose State (we know the way to beat them), ND and tOSU. I think we'll take care of business in Columbus also, but it'll help us out a lot if tOSU runs the table in the Big 10.

They certainly won't have to play a Freshman, not with Mustain and Corp. Mitch Mustain was a 5 star and the #2 prostyle QB in '06, Aaron Corp was a 4 star and was the #3 ranked prostyle QB in '07. SC should be fine at QB.

I really don't want to see OU in the title game again, and I certainly don't want to see those assholes win their 8th national title. It is important for the SEC to keep OU away from the trophy.

The defense has a LOT to replace but what the new people lack in experience, they'll make up for in speed. The defense will actually be faster than last season's.

SC hired a special teams coach to square perhaps the achilles heel of the program away, and of course everybody's sky high during spring ball, but I have a very good feeling about this season.

I should caveat that by saying like most fans who love their team, I have this feeling every season.

sounds almost exactly like LSU headed into 08. That sucks hahah, like im would e comfortable making the prediction that USC is more likely to lose three/four game this year, than make it to the BCS title game.
