Prayers needed for LSU fan

Requesting prayers for another member of the LSU NATION. My good friend and former partner (Law Enforcement) and avid LSU fan, Tim W. is in need of a big time dose of prayer. Tim was very recently diagnosed with an extremely aggressive form of bone cancer. Tim is very, very ill. Tim and I began putting together the Cali-to-Death Valley trips from the SF north bay to LSU games back in the late 80's (A tradition that is still continued by a group of about 8 originals every year and has grown to include many of our now adult children).
While I know God's will shall be done, Tim is a devoted husband and father (to two teenage children) who has spent his entire adult life selflessly serving the people of his community who maybe, just maybe due to our prayers, he will receive a reprieve from the Lord.
