Prayers for former LSU Gymnast Sarah Finnegan's Dad

Sarah Finnegan's dad, Don Finnegan, was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic pancreatic cancer, which has spread to his lungs. Chemo and other clinical trials are his next steps right now. Praying for a miracle right now and that they can overcome this next fight.

I'll check with her aunt at Mass this weekend on how he's doing. I usually see her and if I don't, I'll call. I didn't go to help at the senior citizens meeting at our parish hall today so I didn't get to see her.

He and his beautiful family are in my prayers as he fights this terrible disease. We know the Finnegan family is mentally and physically tough, so he definitely has that going for him.

Damn that’s awful. How the hell can we the human race can do so many amazing things but haven’t figured cancer out? Feel for the family and obviously him. Many prayers.
