What mess? The current state of LSU basketball? That is 1000% on the shoulders of McMahon. Wade hasn't been at LSU for 4 years. With the current landscape of college sports McMahon has had the opportunity to completely turnover the roster, even in year 1...which he did (9 new players).
In year 1 McMahon made "chicken salad", a top 20 recruiting class and a roster picked to finish in the middle of the SEC, and quickly turned it into chicken shite. He's turned every subsequent roster into chicken shite, often failing to meet even the lowest expectations for success in decades.
You can not like Wade. That's fine. But the last 4 years of LSU basketball are ALL on McMahon, bud.
