Still sucks with only 70k in attendance. BR urban planning/police still can’t figure out how to effectively get people off campus.

It just sucks because we don’t have large surface streets near the stadium

Are you unfamiliar with BR leadership? Broome likely struggles to make it out of her own driveway.

If you would have stayed and watched the entire game, there would have been no traffic problem.

Actually, I didn’t find the traffic to be too bad last night. The even seemed to discontinue contra flow a little earlier than normal.

I thought it was the best I've ever seen it leaving south stadium to Stanford. I stayed until the alma mater though.

Anytime there is 50,000+ people leaving one small area at the same time there is going to be traffic. For those who can't stop complaining about it, what is a solution that would solve it? I hear tons and tons of crying, but never hear a single way to fix it.

Maybe it's more you. Never have major issues leaving a game.

False. Traffic was backed up when the game ended b/c BRPD inexplicably ended contraflow.

Probably not even feasible but I've always wondered if a series of parking garages ok the outskirts of campus directing all of their cars in different directions away from campus would work.

Every Braves game I’ve been to, I park right next to the stadium. Even when it’s been a packed house, I’m on the interstate 20 minutes after getting to my car. It can be done, they just really don’t want to spend the resources to fix it.

She did, and I knew right then we were in trouble.

70K in attendance would generally mean 35k vehicles. I mean there can't be too many folks going to the game alone ?

You’re talking about a stadium with a record attendance of 43k that’s located like 2,000 feet away from two different interstates.

I think BR/LSU can definitely do better, but some of these pro stadium comparisons really fall short. Especially when talking about newer stadiums that were built with access in mind.

I stayed until the end of the game and still got stuck in traffic. There was an accident on I 10 right past Acadian and it took me exactly 1 hour to get from College to Acadian last night. After that it was in smooth sailing
