Probably not even feasible but I've always wondered if a series of parking garages ok the outskirts of campus directing all of their cars in different directions away from campus would work

Here's the problems.

1 - the outskirts of campus aren't exactly the best areas in some spots.

2 - people would have to walk to these parking garages on the outskirts?

3 - there would be a line of cars in the parking garage waiting to all leave.

Given #2 and #3 I doubt you are saving very much time, if any.

But at least you have the brains to think up a possible solution. The rest of the low IQers know I'm right, they just down vote to remain anonymous and don't say anything.

Every Braves game I’ve been to, I park right next to the stadium. Even when it’s been a packed house, I’m on the interstate 20 minutes after getting to my car.

An LSU football game has literally over double the people leaving.

I'm all for LSU expanding into those areas. If BR cannot improve it then let's do it through LSU. Yes, there would be walking. Essentially you would create a few hubs to concentrate cars in certain areas and contradlow them in opposite directions. Reduce the traffic inside campus and allow the traffic to dilute as it gets further away. Plus there would be more parking in general.

Another thing you are leaving out is that people go to LSU games for the tailgating as much as anything. You wouldn't have a ton of people who would want to park in a parking garage, considering the stuff they haul with them to set up a tailgate.

When I left some psychopath was parked in the lane because he was in line for Canes, the car behind him was in line too.

Thousands of people getting blocked because of Canes drive thru.

I thought about that. I figured a sizeable percentage may tailgate but not have equipment. If we could get those who do that or just come to the game to spread out I think it would be a net gain. Maybe not worth the cost but I put a lot of value in taking over the hood

If they haven’t figured it out by now, they never will. It’s always going to be horrific

Well that loop and 3rd bridge crossing the river would do wonders
