We saw a lackluster performance against Southeastern. We are coming off a big win. We are playing an opponent we are a 20+ pt. favorite against. I’m not around the football team but I have a hunch they want more. I’ll be surprised if this isn’t the best we’ve looked all year.

It is 100% certain that our team will not be as motivated or focused as they were at Auburn. Let's hope they wont be as unmotivated as they were against SLU.

My hope all off season is that the Troy loss created some leadership on this team. I'm thinking that maybe after the way the offense played vs SLY they may come out Saturday and put Tech away early.

Those guys have had a hell of a high this week after that great victory on the plains. No way they will be motivated for LaTech after the week they have had. Of course, I think the 20 point line reflects that, as we would be a 40 point favorite if talent were the only thing taken into consideration.

We showed at Auburn that we have screens in the playbook- I’m hoping to see more this weekend to get the timing down. Screens will be a key for us all season bc of the talent up front we’ll be facing once we get deep into sec play

I don’t think we see a letdown. I think the 2nd half of the Miami game when they got conservative carried over to Southeastern and they lost focus. They just played a full 4 quarters of hard-hitting football on the road against a top ten team and won on a last second field goal. Momentum is sky high right now and I don’t see them letting Tech hang around long. They’re going to want to keep that momentum going and give Tiger Stadium a great effort. They’re ready to get back home and show the home crowd what they can do. Hopefully it plays out this way and we can get Brennan and other young guys some snaps later in the game.

People aren't going to want to hear this but Tech is weakest against the run. But it's Tech. It's their Superbowl and it's a "get right" week for our guys. They're gonna come out and give it everything they got and likely keep it close in the 1st half and we'll pull away late. We'll win like 38-14 and people will complain.

I'd like to put them away early and let Myles come in and sling it 30 times in the 2nd half just to give the fans a good time. I'll be there and I'm staying till the final whistle so I hope they at least give us a show in the 4th.

our schedule forward is an absolute grind. This weekend, Arkansas and Rice are the only semi-relaxing ones the rest of the way through. So many things will have to fall our way and I'm hoping they do. One game at a time.

Id take 38 to 14 over tech in a heartbeat. Not saying we will do better or worse. Just that I would gladly take that after that sluggest at Auburn. Just want the win to be honest.

What worries me is how tough Tech has been playing Power 5 teams the last couple of years, especially SEC teams.

The aren’t the worst team we’ll see this year. We should win handily, but 4 quarters of flat football will cause some serious sweating.

I always wonder why people think elite athletes won’t be motivated. I get that playing against Auburn at home had much more at stake but most athletes I know hate losing at at anything. You practice year round for only 12 to 14 games. I can’t imagine that Burrow wouldn’t want to throw for 4 TDs, any running back wouldnt want to break a long one or Devin White won’t be going his usual 100%

If we get up by 30, our offense is going back into its shell. It will only poke it's head back out if they start making a comeback. I'm not saying I approve or disapprove, only that this is extremely likely to occur,

I think we transcend from here personally.

Hopefully we are clicking on all points for GA and we win.

I’m tired of hearing Tua is godsend. He hasn’t played a D that is worth a shite. I’m sure he is excellent but ready to see him play us.

If LSU has 2 losses by the time we play Bama, well he won’t get our best.

If we are undefeated or 1 loss, close loss, to GA, u best believe he gets a motivated LSU D.

AND we will play a lot of inexperienced guys and let a lot of starters rest and recover from the brutal auburn game. tech will not do this

Will they be as jacked up as they were for Auburn? I think you know the answer. One thing I do know, when O played at Northwestern State, he was O for against the Bulldogs. I imagine O would like to stick it to Tech for old times' sake

Its called they are beat to hell from just having a street fight with a bunch of big nasties that are every bit as tough as we are. Now we are playing a team we are favored by 3 tds. Its going to be very tough for these guys to come in full speed. Hopefully the staff is up to the challenge. If we blow tech’s doors off this weekend its going to be a very good sign moving forward, i just dont think that will be the case. A 20 pt win would be awesome imo.

I am hoping there is more excitement around the stadium even vs La Tech. Huge win that most LSU fans are still riding. And so are the players. Hopefully they turn it into a positive and focus all week. An electric atmosphere will go a long way imo.
