MLB moved the all star game out of Georgia to a State with tougher voting laws already in the books.

I don’t care what the MLB thinks.

“If 16 or older, a juvenile offender in Washington must notify state officials of any address change through the five-year period in which he is registered as a sex offender. (The timeline is two years if the offender is 15 or younger. Heimlich had turned 16 by the time his case came to court in August 2012.) Heimlich gave notice of a couple of moves during his time in Corvallis. Shortly after his 21st birthday — Feb. 3, 2017 — he received a citation from Benton County for failure to re-register. Oregon officials had incorrectly determined him to be a resident of the state. Washington state rules do not require re-registration on a 21st birthday. Heimlich's attorney, Stephen Ensor, took the case to court, and the citation was dismissed.“

I think this is what you are referring to.

Also lael Collins must 100% be guilty because nobody drafted him....

The nfl nor mlb care if they play murderers, ralpists, or anyone else. They don’t care if a player is innocent or guilty either

They only care how the public will react. So it really has no bearing on this situation at all

BAD OPTICS.

At a time when LSU needs to clean up their image.

Just considering Casey looks bad.

There are too many other great coaches out there to even have Casey's name associated with LSU.

This is why he’s still 3rd on my list - make McDonnell and Godwin say no first.

Don't worry about it dude. I already tried to present the facts/details of this particular case but these holier-than-thou snowflakes want to be outraged about something. This is just the conservative version of virtue signaling.

Sure you can if the plea was coerced…..it happens often.

Some people are so naive. Innocent people take pleas all the time, just like guilty people walk free all the time

Too bad then...if you were going to claim innocence you shouldn’t have plead.

The only fact we know is he plead guilty to the crime.

Fact. He plead guilty for a plea

Fact. He said he didn’t do it

Those are both facts based on what he said

Now it’s up to a human being to either read up on it and make an Informed thought, or not

Exactly.

And I've always said, I'd rather see a hundred guilty men walk than one innocent man lose his freedom. The guilty will always eventually get caught. If not for this crime then another. But the innocent being victimized by our government? That's an abortion of justice and everything this country stands for and was founded upon. That's why you were to be judged guilty unanimously, by a jury of your peers. You have to convince 12 random people, beyond a shadow of a doubt and the government has nothing to do with the decision.

Especially in a case like this where you may think you can't win or if your family just wants the whole ordeal to be over with.

Fact he's not playing in the MLB

Fact we live in a cancel culture society

Fact LSU is under so much other PR shite right now it will only add fuel to the flames because of fact #2
