LNCH still thinks Chauvin is innocent of murder, as do i

Which is a good point to show people we think are innocent of a charge can still be ruled differently in the court of law

I might be in the minority here, but I enjoy your opinions most of the time and how you argue them.

I'm just poking the bear because I'm bored and I like it when you get fired up

Even if one assumes Heimlich committed the crime (alleged to occur sometime when he was between age 13 and 15 years old), how long does everyone think a 13-15-year-old should be “banished” from society?

I don’t have the answer to that question, just curious what others think.

No, I went back in your post history to see your opinion of the trial, which shows you think he is innocent (or at the very least shouldn't have been convicted).

So again, which was it? Did you think he was innocent for the full year or did you change your mind after being presented with facts, just like pride did with this case?

Weren't you in an uproar over this kid playing in the CWS?

A lot of people overreacted. Hell, I probably did.

Until you hear the other side of the story. I don't think the kid did it, just family drama. Why would this child be allowed to be around him if he was truly guilty of something heinous?

I personally think if you do a crime like this you would be a danger for a long time of not forever to society

it’s such a heinous act that only a person deranged to their core could commit it

That’s just my opinion though

Dude stop going off on a tangent because you know I dunked on you

You tried to make an argument based on the idea of “how could a person you think is innocent be found guilty”

So I dunked on your arse with you thinking chauvin is innocent of murder, and yet he was found guilty of murder. It’s that simple. Your facts yada yada character attacking rambling is nonsense

There is no twist you dweeb

We both thought the facts clearly showed Chauvin didn’t commit murder, and we were both sure he was innocent when it came to murder. Yet, he was convicted of murder in a court of law

So boom, that answers this stupid fricking post you made

How would he have been found guilty if yall are so sure of his innocence?

as an aside I think MLB should get off its feigned high horse and give this guy a shot. Of course what he alledgely did was horrible, but he was 14 or 15. Some girl in DC just killed someone at 15 and she's in some detention for 2 years.

Look at all of the bums MLB,the NFL,NBA and NHL have had over the years. Should any profession, organization deny this guy a job, too?

So according to many of you, a guilty person should always plead guilty so that they can later claim "I was innocent but was pressured to plead guilty to make things easier on everyone".

He plead guilty. I don't care if he thinks he's innocent or his parents pushed him to do it over concerns of their granddaughter having to testify. If you choose not to fight it, then I have no reason to believe you are innocent. Period.

You may very well be, but it isn't just you claiming you didn't do it after the fact that I should believe it.

That said, why wouldn't his parents pull this simply to try and get him that big MLB money that he is clearly not going to get anymore? They will get some of that obviously, and the fact his own brother refuses to be around him after this, should tell you more than anything.

Literally no one has said that. Not one person.

This is tRant in a nutshell, where objectivity get scorned, and stupidity gets upvotes!

I still come here bc of the good, decent people who actually post information that’s interesting, but the dumbasses on here seem to speak louder and louder each year.
