Are you mentally retarded? If that's the case, Jarrett Lee would be booed solely based on the 2008 season. I've watched the offense, and any rational person has noticed that Lee has improved markedly under Kragthorpe and Stud. Who's to say that Jefferson hasn't improved drastically as well? According to people who attended scrimmages/practices this summer and fall, Jefferson was clearly the better quarterback at that point in time.

Ya know (and i dont boo) but when a person pays the money they pay to see the tigers, they have the right to do any fricking thing that isnt illegal. If that hurts some of the players feeling then maybe football isnt for them. Again i dont boo. But the players need to not even pay attention to it. Their minds had better be in the game.

A source of mine said some of the Florida players are planning on booing JJ if LSU plays him against their defense next Saturday.

Some LSU fans are expecting the players on this LSU football team to be as advanced as pro players. Making mistakes like dropping a pass or missing a blocks become a federal case to too many tiger fans. And they can’t seem to let go. That this LSU offense is not a smooth looking team moving the football like the pros.That college level of execution is simply making to many LSU football fans unhappy. The boos, sower expressions, and cry’s of pain was making me uncomfortable.

Don't boo him but this wouldn't be a subject if he didn't get in trouble and acted like the leader Les claimed he was.
Put JJ in the second quarter and no ones pissed. Not even JJ. Put him in on the first opportunity was bowing to the players crying. What happens if the other half of players don't show up for a meeting because they think Lee was disrespected?
Les is in a corner and he should man up.

Right, but that doesn't make you trash.
No one is advocating that booing be outlawed in Tiger Stadium. We're simply pointing out that people who boo college athletes are trash.

This is another issue. Yes the fans are paying money and feel it is their right to boo.. but at the same time we expect those student athletes to act like professionals.

Wrong. You don't make their dreams come true. They do with blood, sweat and tears in the weight room, in the film room and on the field. If you never go to another LSU game, there will be someone to take your place and the Tigers would never miss you. If these players stop coming to LSU we could not replace them. Be a fan. Support the team(the whole team). And lets support this team in their drive to the Ship.

I went to several scrimmages, and that just isn't true. Lee looked the best. Mett looked the most talented, and Jefferson looked the same as always. He even had a few pick 6's. It was extremely disappointing at the time
