This is where my season tickets are and your right, it was loud in the South Endzone. I have had my seats since 97 and I did see that the fricks that were booing were not the fans I see each Saturday. I just looked at my Dad and we both we disgusted. I have never booed LSU and I never will.

no, because the players represent a university that tries to make money off of its fans. You can't have your product insulting the money even if they are justified in doing so

This is more disgusting. I can live with "fans" booing a player's performance even though I wouldn't do it.
This situation is much deeper than that. Jefferson had a felony criminal charge rightly reduced to a misdemeanor. He's missed four games for a violation that, under normal circumstances, would have cost him one game at most. He lost his starting job his senior year because of this entire ordeal. He should have been unequivocally cheered.

Ours have been in our family for over 50 yrs and you're right, there were alot of unfamiliar faces out there today. The good news is that these idiots won't find the tickets as easy to come by next weekend.
Still, that doesn't fully explain it. It was probably 4-1 people booing vs those of us looking around at them and wondering WTF?

That said, we hold our team to a higher standard.
Les is better because we gave him hell.
J Lee said "I've been there before." I think he's mentally tougher for it.
JJ got his, some say deservedly - but either way he'll be better for it. If he's leading our Tigers you we're pulling for him.
Fans care- too much maybe? Yes, but that's why the Yankees are better than the Cubs
Don't like it, hope it doesn't happen again, but the team is unified and that's what wins
