Just saying. You know what I am talking about. More than often this is the case until someone step up and tells the person like it is.

JJ is back on the team after foolishly tarnishing LSU reputation and risking his and LSU's championship aspirations. JJ may feel he has already suffered enough for getting his team in a bar fight after curfew.
However, the fourth and goal QB sneak opportunity was the first opportunity the public has had to express their displeasure with JJ's actions.
The boos were earned, even if not timely.

I'm pretty sure LSU was already known for its bar fights.

For the record, I didn't boo.
I thought the boos were relatively light and I didn't take them to mean anything more than an expression of dissatisfaction with JJ's off the field decision to break curfew and involve the team in a bad situation. The fact that no booing is condoned in Tiger Stadium, (hard to imagine) this incident should have passed without comment to the press.

So...Jordan can put the season on the line with his antics...but...THE FANS CAN'T BOO IT!
Yall need to get real. Half those booers are drunk, or working toward it. Bad stuff is going to get booed...good stuff cheered. That's the drill. Unless Obama gets elected again that they regulate booing.
Man up...no whining!

Helluva spot for your first post.
What about it?
I don't really get into posting on here most of the time, but I like to read about it.
I've been to many tiger games over the years, and have heard MANY boos.
I can't remember anyone telling the fans that they couldn't boo. Why start now? Next we gonna tell em that they can't "tiger bait" someone?
JJ is lucky to not have a bottle bounced off his dome. We've had enough cancer out of our qb's. Now we have a guy who is NOT losing the games for us (which is all that is required) and Miles wants to force feed us this loser who we got our fill of last year? Nevermind what went on at the bar. I don't even care. I've seen many tigers in fights over the years. I was just glad to be rid of JJ.
I'm glad they booed him. They bought their tickets. They don't want him back. They have their right to express their opinions. Boo him all you want. He deserves it. He's the reason we weren't national champs last year.

How about a moratorium on booing threads?

I do not agree with the booing, but I do not see the boos as a criticism of JJ. I think that had been expressed and will continue to carry its consequences.
I saw the boos as a criticism on Miles putting him in on the first drive, so he could score, after JL had LSU on the 1. Everyone knew that JJ would play at some point.
Had he been brought in later in the game, there may have been some boos, but much less and maybe none at all.
Frankly, I think Miles got it wrong again. I think Miles figured that if JJ scored, all would be forgotten. ...That people would just accept Miles action on face value.I saw this same attitude with the co-defensive coordinators.
I think Miles just miscalculated the response.

Fans in my section booed at the time of switching players with 4th and 2 feet from the goal line when the starting QB marched the team down the field to be in that position. The back-up QB hasn't played all season and it was an odd time to make the switch. Booing is not excusable, but I don't think they were booing #9.
+1.. I feel the booing was more for the decision by Miles.
Also, while I think it is totally wrong to boo the players, the players themselves need to step back, even if in private, and understand that these are the consequences brought about by the actions of their self-proclaim leader.
The reality of consequences in real life exists.
They also need to stop drawing a dividing line.

You know what's ironic about these threads that have been hanging around here since Saturday? They were started by people who were ashamed at how it made LSU look, and yet they have become a constant reminder by not going away. So where normally people would just forget about it, they can't now because it just won't go away.
