the new one shouldn't be too hard.. just color it all white with a gold helmet. i just wonder if there is going to be anything on the sides of the helmet... plus what other adjustments nike is going to make to the uniform. I'm sure we'll have some type of padding that is 23% lighter than before, as well as that titanium D-ring that is some 67% lighter than the standard D-ring.

not that I want to switch to those, but they are pretty cool and with some tweaking could replace our current day ones.

Actually blew the pic up and the uni is actually pretty sweet. I like the helmet...retro gold and purple very cool. The all white is great for one game. I like the lines and cut of the jersey, it's very different and very cool compared to the old straight fit jersey's. They would look really good in our normal colors for every game use.

it's better than the jersey's from the tulane a few years back.... but i hope this is just for one game and not something they will repeat

white uniforms are a fail

i cant wait to see all the hate this is going to get for the next month on this board, but this is the direction that all college uniforms are going and lsu is in desperate need of an update.

that being said, the unis are not bad.

May be we could just borrow some old Penn State uniforms! Save the money. Another interesting comment - you can't tell it is LSU but you sure can tell its from Nike. Maybe we should keep the uniform and become the Nike Tigers!

who knows but the texas and ohio state helmets are throwback so i would assume ours are too based on that picture. so it should look like the picture jj27 posted
