DAMNIT

Phelon was an alumnus of my high school. I was hoping he'd turn into a badass at LSU.

Why the frick did he have to go to my least favorite team?!

Doesn't his transfer have to be approved by Les? It was always my understanding that you could block certain transfers from happening, such as transferring to a rival.

Gotta ask yourself why Les doesn't have a problem with releasing a kid and letting him go to a rival. The answer is that it must not be that great a loss to LSU and no great gain for Auburn.

that's too bad

best of luck to Phelon

I really thought he'd be a player for us...last year none of our secondary got a fair chance so I was anxious to see how they all would play this year

It does seem like he had been passed by Brandon Taylor, Ron Brooks, etc. on the depth chart

Wonder how this effects Corley?

How is Auburn coming "BACK HOME"??? LSU might be closer to Mobile than Opelika is...

Baton Rogue is closer to Mobile than Auburn by about 20 miles. So, distance really doesn't matter one way or the other.

Which baffles me... why approve it to a heated SEC rival?

To keep relationships happy with that HS's coaches etc. etc.

Losing Phelon is a big time loss....this will come back to haunt LSU. Are the wheels coming off?

I'm sorry to hear this on one hand. But in all honesty does anyone see this as a major loss?

Don't we need to lose two more players due to the number we signed this year?

Jones is a good player. Wish him well except when he plays against LSU.

I thought he would be a good one. Best of luck to him.

I really hope Sidell Corley does good this year. I saw both of them play in high school and they are phenomenal athletes.

Jones' scholly was not being renewed. Most people don't realize this, but it's a year to year thing. I was not told the reason, but he had a little trouble brewing with the coaches.

A mutual parting of the ways. Miles' is way too classy to give the details, and will release him so that he may pursue a career.

And all you retards who think he can give Aubie the playbook..... . The Auburn coaches can watch film for 2 hours and learn more than he can tell them.

We've got some stupid arse fans.

Not really BJD, there are two other corners that are just as talented if not >>> talented than Phelon. He was a good kid, that's what stings the most. Hope he does well wherever he ends up!
