He's a freak athlete that has trouble understanding schemes. Should've been another position like RB which has fewer details going on.

We’ve bent over backwards to try and make him an every down LB, two different schemes and same issues
We should have just said you’re a pass rusher and that’s it. If he leaves, he leaves

This is for sure an unpopular opinion but I believe he's a runningback.
He's a one trick pony on defense, chasing down a QB flushed by the pressure of the D-line. He's better off than me $$$$ he'll be fine.

There is no place in football for an every down pass rusher who's 220 pounds. Also, there is no position in football for a loafer. Perkins is a loafer.
