By saying it’s a downgrade, you’re assuming these guys are in it for the competition, conference, and name across the chest. That could not be further from the truth. It’s all about NIL, and his best chance to go to the next level. Good Luck Eric.

Kennedy is a good coach, they will be a good team again next year. UAB basketball and football are on the rise right now.

I like how he said Notre Dame has the number 1 ranked recruiting class. They were number 7, not 1.
For 2023 you cannot judge the rankings yet since were 8 months from signing day. They will undoubtedly drop outside the top 5 once the class progresses.
Just those few comments discredit everything else of his article.

Love me some Eric Gaines! Yeah, I know he was kind of helter skelter with the ball, but he always gave his all to the game no matter who the opponent was or what the score was. Man I was surely hoping Coach Matt was going to talk him into coming back. I hope he tears it up!

Signing period starts on Wednesday. It seems like McMahon has been focused on putting together the staff, he’s done a very good job there and now we’re set to go out and get players. Just chill, we’ll know a lot more by May 13th.

Tough but dysfunctional team. Saw them up close. The cuss each other out and argue but still manage to win.

UAB is a good program with the right coach. Hopefully Kennedy can be another Bartow as far as longevity is concerned. I'm looking forward to that back court of Gaines and Walker.
