The poor recruiting strategy at OL and ILB is glaring, and it was ALL under LM's watch. The key will be CEO recognizing the problem, don't admire it, just fix it...and I think from what we have already seen he is working in that direction. It will likely take 1-2 yrs for us to get/develop the right guys that we need for those positions to thrive again in the program.

It is nonsense, in the same breath these people talk about recruiting centers and guards and making one into a tackle...then they talk about Pocic, who was a great tackle recruit who we had to put in at center, because it turned out we didn't have a center.
Maybe we missed on some tackles, but damn, we put 4 on the roster in 15 alone.

The days of 6'6" 340 lb offensive tackle in college is coming to an end. These loads are consistently beat by 6'4" 240 lb defensive ends.
