No...it means that this board has been the preeminent LSU message board for almost 15 years I'd guess. So it begs a few questions as to why someone would have joined so recently. Are they new to the internet? Just old enough to go on-line without supervision? Just became LSU fans? Or did they join with a purpose, and given so many recent additions all seem to be of the same mindset and talking points, it does make one wonder...

I say this as a guy that has been part of the LSU on-line community since late 1999 back on TigerRoar, and have had essentially the same username the whole time, only adding the TM early here because I had some issue logging in under GeauxTiger and found it easier to change it.

So...having said that, what's your story?

You got some issues man. We get that Lsu is your life. Sad, but true. Not all of us let Lsu sports control our life, although I still go to many home and away games. As I've said, I've posted on here in the past, but quit because of posters like you. You make it toxic on here. Some people, many people, are excited about the direction of the program, given some events going on that are clearly a change from the past regime. I suppose miserable, negative individuals like you feel it is your duty to inform everyone that the sky is truly falling at Lsu. If you are truly as old as you say, and are real and not a troll, you need to check yourself and think about what is truly most important in life. If that answer comes back Lsu sports, then I truly feel sorry for you. Now, geaux Tigers.

It’s really sad for an old arse guy (you are prob in your 50s) to berate others over post date / count. I guess you are who you are. If you are a half century old, you are set in your ways already. Just kinda sad honestly.

I’ve lurked here for years but just started posting the last couple years. It doesn’t make me an alt. What would be the reasoning behind making an alt account any way? I could see people doing it to avoid a ban bet, but that’s about it.

miles isnt considered the most accomplished coach in lsu history because of 10 win seasons.

The season turnaround went well enough to give him the benefit of the doubt and a little patience going into next year, but did not ease all of my concerns.
