Let's hope all of this "MPJ should've won the Heisman" BS will finally stop.

It’s so funny that people thought he should have won the Heisman over Jayden.

At least the stupid clickbait posts on facebook addressing this will dry up.

Wash could have won with JD. I honestly think Nuss would have done better. Penix missed wide open WRs, misread coverages and didn't have good pocket awareness. Michigan is an elite D, but Penix's only good plays were when Mich had busted coverages and the WR was open by 15 yards.

It is a good indication Georgia should have been in the contest instead of Washington.

No it’s not, because Brady just quit a couple of years ago and was a statue. However, if you aren’t mobile, you better overcome that with other elite traits like accuracy, quick processing, and quick release. A young Brady would still be elite. However the vast majority need mobility to elude defenders to succeed, and the ability to maintain accuracy on the move. Penix showed terrible accuracy on the move today. He also frequently made poor decisions. Between that and his injuries, he doesn’t look like he will be successful in the NFL.

His left handed throwing motion is worse than tua’s. It’s hot garbage. Stay away.

Will never be an NFL quarterback. Some team may try but it won’t work.

I'm glad he was lousy. The West Coast media never has given Jayden Daniels credit for his level of exceptional play.

Michigan's defense was responsible for the way Penix looked tonight. The same thing they did to Alabama's quarterback Milroe.

Was it Michigan's defense that limited him to 169 yards passing, with zero TD's? The only score in the game being a pick six? OH. That was 3-9 Arizona State's defense.

ANY QB's performance will diminish greatly when pressure is applied which is always the key. TX gave him way too much time and never could apply the pressure that Michigan did. He does throw a side-arm ball as well.

LOL. Michigan ain't soft. That's one bad arse defense. But Penix was huge disappointment. He got flustered by the pressure and missed 3 huge opportunities. Can't do that against this defense. Jayden Daniels was the x factor for all defenses. They would have had to account for him and would have negated a lot of what they did against AL and Washington. He was a very special player.

Think about it! Without Nix pulling west coast votes Penix may have won the Heisman!
