We haven’t played a top 5 team yet. Our offense isn’t as good yet, doesn’t mean anything for the defense

Are you seriously trying to argue that an offense scoring over 40 ppg is the problem at LSU???

Goddamn you’re an idiot.

Our offense is not as good as Bama’s offense. I’ve repeatedly said our offense isn’t the main issue. Make legit arguments instead of straw man BS

Jimbo's contract really worried me about Woody. I loved everything else about him, but how do you allow that much to be guaranteed? Sure, he gets the contract done, but not a great track record at negotiating. Pelini's contract continues the trend.

Jimbo was the head coach hire. This is a coordinator and the head coach has that say so in it as much as the AD. O hired Linehan, Pelini and co.

It doesn’t have to be to beat teams like State and Mizzou.

Will you admit Bo’s defense is to blame for this epic failure?

The defense is to blame for the two losses. The offense has scored enough to win.

That being said, it’s too early to pull the plug on Pelini given this year

No it isn’t. LSU will lose Smith and Foreman if they can’t show they know what they’re doing on defense. You can’t lose both those guys in recruiting.

If Maason Smith goes anywhere except LSU, Pelini must be fired.

Against two of the worst teams in the conference. Possibly a third, however we did win one.

If Pelini can't get his defense straight to beat the doormats of the conference, I have little faith he'll get it turned around to beat the meat of the schedule.

He should be hanging by a thread at this point, in my opinion.

So what would convince you that he has to go? Losing to USCe? Auburn? Getting steamrolled at home by Alabama?

I haven't seen an LSU defense look like this in over 25+ years.

But my question stands. What would convince you that he isn't the man for the job?

380 yards after the catch means lack of effort and intensity by the players too. Put some 3 star players out there who want to play.

That’s exactly what LSU, and the state, pays this coaching staff to do. Put their best out In the field. They pay them more than any staff in the country to do that.

No I wasn't but thanks for your concern. I remember Mallveto well.

Guess you don't want to answer the question I asked. That's fine though. No worries.

Have a good evening.

lol, yep.

So much of pass defense is affecting the eyes. Make 'em move around. Is he open or is he not? I thought there was a passing lane there. Defenders keep flashing in my windows. It's like I see 22 opposing jerseys.

Our pass defense hurts OUR eyes. I'm not sure what they are doing, but they are doing it wrong.

The only pause we gave Costello was to make him wonder, briefly, if this was some sort of trick because they were so wide open.

This got worse in the Mizzou game.

Even if we start off sucking, like we did, we're supposed to get better with experience. Not worse.

He got rid of him after one year and hired an archaic Ensminger. That’s a mess- no matter how you spin it. The fact Pellini is another mess only magnifies the failure of O to recognize and hire top coordinators.
