Bo didn't forget how to scheme a defense. It's not his fault Clark, Stevens, etc are playing poorly. And those players certainly aren't less talented than other teams' players that have fared better. This is a heart issue and that starts up top.

Returning players are used to the mild-mannered cerebral coaching style of Aranda. Polar opposite of Pelini. Culture shock that they're obviously not handling very well, and Pelini probably being too stubborn to at least somewhat tone it down a notch during adjustment period.
