There's plenty of good things to be said about the Ga Tech program. Lots of great history, of course, plus an original (I believe they were an original) member of the SEC.
Paul Johnson looks to be an excellent hire, and with the slow decline of the Fla St. program, Ga Tech can become and remain a top-tier ACC program for years to come.
Personally, I wish they'd never left the SEC. I'd trade them for Vandy in a heartbeat.

George O'Leary coached there before he went to Notre Dame. He was very successful at both schools.

If the people who went to Georgia Tech ceased to exist, then Clearasil and Proactive would lose roughly 50% of their revenue base. Lord knows we don't need any more big businesses going under right now.
