All the CPM apologists will come out in droves for your post, but I agree. Every year we bitch about the hitting, but the approach at the plate has been the same since Javi Sanchez. The problem is not the hitting coach, it's CPM. Last year, catcher was a glaring weakness. Now, SS is the glaring weakness. Hopefully Zach Arnold heals up because he is desperately needed.

Did I say he was? If anything, Paul has shown for years that he is willing to change the starting lineup. And I know Christian Cairo screwed him, but there should have been a better Plan B.
