OM really is a shitty experience. One of the worst away games I've attended. The Grove is 100% catered food. and the roped areas of shithead frat stars will throw beer at you if they chirp you and you chirp back and then they will hide behind their frat bros.
Overall it is a very pretentious crowd.
The game I saw we actually annihilated Ole Miss and they still talked all kinds of shite as we were headed back to our cars. Honestly, it's amazing do you have a school that has never won anything think they are the Gods of football.

IF you could time it right or leave early you should be fine but if it’s a nail
Biter and everyone leaves all once you’re kind of hemmed in as Jackson Avenue will be a parking lot to get out to the highway or trying to fight through the square to get to south Lamar and the highway that way

I'll be at the elementary school, but heading north to Olive Branch after the game. Hoping traffic is a little better that direction.

Just please be careful.. I’ve always hated highway 7 and with the amount of likely drunk drivers and it being late at night too.. a recipe for disasters there
There’s a lot of hidden drives and road entrances and people pulling out in front of cars . People trying to pass with not much space as well. Just keep your head on a swivel.

If you're trying to get close to campus, there is normally parking on Jackson Avenue from the Square going west to near the old mall - or north on College Hill. I say normally because there are a lot of folks in town for this game, so best hope is to get there early. They'll be charging ridiculous prices, I'm guessing around $100 or more.
Best situation is to know someone who lives close to campus and park at their house.
If you don't mind taking a shuttle, you can park at Oxford High School or one of the larger parking lots on Old Taylor Road. Don't know if there are shuttle fees or not.

You can't even Uber into the Grove area. You get dropped off about a 1/4 mile out unless you go very early.

Some years back, Ole Miss pushed all visitor parking off campus, and encouraged shuttle use.
One of those perimeter lots was located north of campus at the Oxford Park Commission/FNC Tennis courts. They don't run shuttles to that lot any more, but we still park there. It's been free since they abandoned the shuttle service at that location, and you can walk down the Oxford Depot Trail to campus. It's probably a 20-25 minute walk to campus, but it's a nice walking trail.
