It's has nothing to deal with JJ being the only black player on the team; It's just having a Black QB as the face of the program (Leadership)that some of these backwards arse folks have a problem of.
People-This will be perhaps LSU last chance of a championship in our lifetime. My Generation (28-40 years old) of producing STUDENT- Athletes have moved to places like Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, etc. Ole Miss and Miss State are already having these problems right now. Parents to talk to each other about how our fanbase conduct themselves. Remember they chose to be here; it's not a prevlige-Its a CHOICE!!

the problem is no one agrees with you, so there is no way you are winning

quote:
Their open when JL in but covered when JJ in
If we assume for a moment that this statement has any merit whatsoever, with a defense and punter like ours, I'd much prefer a QB who makes good decisions (although at times too carefully - or slowly) to one who makes poor decisions rather quickly (see Alabama film). One results in an occasional sack (or a tuck and run for 10+ yards). The other in a turnover. Was it Lombardi who said when you pass, 3 things can happen and 2 are bad? Well maybe JJ knows that there's a 4th thing that can happen and he's not compelled to throw up prayers under duress. I like both of our QBs, but give JJ the credit he deserves.
